The main sports page from the International Herald Tribune:
The main Sports page from the Joongang Daily, a Korean local daily:
(p.s. in case you haven't heard of the two biggest stars in Major League Baseball, Baek and Park are Korean pitchers playing in the Major Leagues.)
Let's play a game of spot, and explain, the differences.

I see the JD, KH, and KT as local papers, promoting and cheerleading the local stars. In my hometown's paper, there were articles after articles about Rex Grossman playing QB for the Bears. It wasn't the place to go for an objective recap of the day's significant stories. However, as bad as my local paper sometimes seemed, we would never have anything as laughable as articles tracking Lee Seoung Yeop homerun record (in the Korean league) against Barry Bonds and drawing conclusions as to who was the better player based on that.
Korea is the center of the world!
Don't you forget it, Mr. Big Nose!
I picked up a copy of the Sports Chosun today. Sadly, no bikini pictures . . . I thought that's what its primary purpose was.
Yeah, the national papers here are kind of like local papers back home. Laughable. But I wonder why the paper you photographed has no mention of golf. As you know, Koreans are the best golfers in the world, due mostly to their dexterity developed from generations of making kimchi, using chopsticks, and giving handjobs.
